Here I see an old plaque “villa Gina 206a” and closed very old gates. The piece of land is extremely unattended but I see the old house inside that corresponds to the roof on the aerial layer. The house does not seem to be inhabited, and the postbox in the wall near the gates was removed

A house is demolished in October 2024. As of 01.11.2024 it looks like a heap of rubble. I guess soon they might start new construction here
