Its not a official park land area and does not show up on any maps at RPI as a park. Instead I would suggest creating a new node with name=Judy A Fowler Memorial and tag it as a POI for historic=memorial with memorial=plaque tags and remove the park polygon here. There is a small memorial plaque by a tree here but it does not warrant a entire polygon for a park. if anything it could be a garden or something. Anyone have thoughts or want to make changes? |
