Monmouth Mall is being demolished and luxury apartments are going to be built in its place.

The Beach Loop Trail southeast of this marker to the blue line is closed to the public because of severe beach erosion so should be removed from the Wandrer map. Some might say this is a result of climate change, or global warming.
