Dr. Daniel Gusberti’s educational background includes completion of an undergraduate program, a medical school program, and the additional training required to obtain his physician license, which includes: In 2013, he graduated from medical school at the University of Manitoba in Winnipeg. Gusberti completed his residency training in Edmonton after graduating from medical school. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Alberta, where he also played college soccer for three years.

Dr. Daniel Gusberti’s published medical research includes a case study of intraosseous calcific tendinitis diagnosis after a 66-year-old woman sought medical treatment for acute shoulder pain. His published research paper investigated how a correct diagnosis of a rare manifestation of tendinitis necessitates an understanding of how the appearance can change over time.

Gusberti also used his experience and background in family medicine to write several articles about providing medical care during a pandemic after the global pandemic emerged in 2020. Gusberti joined a group of other medical and community leaders to organize a COVID-19 vaccination clinic after the successful development of vaccines to combat the global pandemic became available in 2021. The community clinic started serving the most vulnerable senior patients in Saugeen Shores, focusing on those aged 80 and up, who were among the first to receive the COVID-19 vaccines.

Gusberti played soccer as a university student and as a member of the Canadian national soccer team before beginning his medical career as a physician and family medicine doctor.
