Cowley Road cycleway now open, but needs full resurvey

User feedback:

"I was routed through Drakes Circus Shopping Centre as part of the recommended walking route. There are sections through the Mall that are access restricted at certain times."

The route took the user through Old Town Street, which the data shows has door entries indicating it is part of the shopping centre.

So presumably the indoor section of Old Town Street should be marked as access=customers. It presumably cannot be a Right of Way as the the centre is closed overnight.

We believe there is cycle parking at the station but cannot see where exactly it is.
