This structure used to be the bar called Jade Monkey, which moved east down Cottage Grove Rd. The structure was demolished when the new apartment building went in on the corner of Cottage Grove Rd. and Monona Dr.

Exhaust Pros Muffler Shop is no longer here. On this corner is now a larger apartment building. It has a branch of UW Credit Union on the ground floor. The Ancora coffee shop, which is shown as a separate building, is also on the ground floor of the apartment building.
