Shape of house obfuscated by trees, need help with this one

There are three houses here that are unmarked. the westernmost house (closest to glenwood) was mapped out by me, however the other two are difficult to map due to tree coverage on aerial photos.

The place has gone or never existed. A user of Organic Maps application has reported that the POI was visible on the map (see snapshot date below), but was not found on the ground.
