Can someone help notify to higher-up or whoever has the power to do something about this river, always causing flooding around these area. Whether its raining or not, even when sea water level is very low, doesn't matter what time. Water level on this river will suddenly rise unexpectedly without warning. One time, late at night aeround 1-2am, it was slow raining but for hours, water rise up to waist high inside my house. Another time, water level suddenly rise, around 12 Noon, Clear sky, No rain, no nothing.. 3-4 years ago, this area never flood with chocolate/brown water, only green sea water but mostly ankle level only.. Even when sea water rise, it never cause flooding. What happen with Tawau River? Did every other small river redirect every flow of water towards this river?
