hello, almost all of my changes are NAMRIA borders, just double check the changeset IDs if its NAMRIA borders, however don't revert the coastlines, rivers, roads, etc.
Only revert the boundaries.
Also should the boundaries be based on this instead: https://gadm.org/maps/PHL_1.html
If not, I will make the borders by myself
