I agree it is strange. Since I'm unable to confirm this road, it might be worth it to contact a local user within the area or the one who created the road or no exit tag.

Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I was unable to confirm if this road connected since I am only working with satellite imagery. I was only provided a name for this road, but no information on how the road functions. Since I did not draw in this road, add the oneway, or add the no exit tag, I did not feel comfortable removing them since I could not confirm them.

First off I want to apologize for any inconvenience I may have caused. This was not my intention.

Secondly, could you specify which building I added 'building:level' improperly? Can you send me the link to the building polygon?

To my knowledge I would need to add the 'building:level:' to existing 'building:part=*' sections. Most of the multi-polygons do not have this tag though. What do you recommend doing?
