Gated, locked, I got stuck behind 2 locked gates. Some sort off local protection order by the local council. Other lanes in the area are also locked at both ends restricting access to locals

Gated, Local Council have gated this lane at either end. I got in as the North gate was open. couldn't get out of the south Gate and on return to the North gate the lady leaving had locked it. Had to climb out with a bike.
