Present in west London, Oakridge is an older neighbourhood that is known for its older and classic homes. Most of the properties in this place date back to the 1950s, although deer ridge west and Oakridge crossing are built of newer, more modern houses. Mean house price is currently around $430,000 – this makes Oakridge vaguely more expensive than other surrounding areas.


Summerside
Summerside is a newer neighbourhood in London that is situated in southeast corner of the city. Many homes in this area are single family dwellings which are newer builds located on smaller lots.
River bend
The river bend is situated in northwest London and is bordered by the Thames River on multiple sides. It is surely the most expensive neighbourhoods in the London. The mean price of houses is $600,000.
Lambeth
Lembeth is very different neighbourhood that is located in southwest London. Most of the houses are single family homes.
Stoneybrook
Stoneybrook is quiet neighborhood present in north London that currently has around 7,000 residents. Most of the houses in this community are built in the 1980s and are bigger than average.
