Why does the feature type for the river "Parthe" here change from "river" to "administrative boundary"? Shouldn't it still be "river"?

Mittlerweile kein "REWE City" mehr, sondern "ServiceStore DB"

Ruins and fence posts - former maybe a bunker, latter looking like they where designated for barbed wire fencing. Both probably from the 1940s.
