A new bridge is under contstruction here (13 Sept, 2026) and there's NO way to get across, even walking. Construction area is about 100m long, with some pilings in, but rebar sticking up. Almost all of this path has been washed away and is NOT passable on a bike. There's a small bamboo bridge here that with difficulty can be crossed, best with 2 people (front and back). We just went there yesterday.
If coming from the south, best to cut over to the east on the trail a few 100m before.

A bridge here is completely down since about a month ago (Feb, 2025). No traffic can pass, not even foot traffic as there's a ~10m gap. They are working to repair it but it's a big project so may take a few months. There is a little bridge for bikes and motorcyles off a road SSW of here where you can cross -- that's a bit north of the Green School.

The road fell into the creek about 50 meters below and is totally GONE for about 50-100 meters. The same for the part that used to join the road going to the east. They are building a detour road on the sourhern part that now runs into the eastern road, and eventually (?) will connect with the northern part of the collapsed road.

The bridge here is out so not possible to cross the gorge. There is an aquaduct for the subak, but looks very dangerous to attempt a crossing, especially with a bike. I didn't see any viable way around this
