It’s giving the wrong idea to All websites and applications that Surman is part of Az Zawiya, while it’s completely an independent City that’s not affiliated to any other province or district since the year 2012.
You should consider recognise Surman city, as an independent City and district bu it’s self, and not affiliated to any other cities or districts.
