I’m Still New Here

I found OpenStreetMaps after having a fit with Google and it’s tracking. I was quickly disappointed with the search tools and being able to locate things, mostly addresses for navigation. Then I realized that the places didn’t exist on the map yet.

Learning the Stuff

• The Basics It seems there are always more levels of detail to get into with things.
• Mobile Apps I’ve been trying StreetComplete on my work device since it’s Android to fill in meta data. I guess that helps? I’m not aware of an iOS version and that’s too bad.
