There is no evidence @ 2025/10/03 on any over-ground pipeline at this location (using all id editor satellite, and mapillary). Council suggested talking to Hunter Water about this, but I don't have a contact point. The far western end node appears to connect to a concrete structure. Ideally this is resolved as the over-ground pipeline crosses Imperial Avenue which is now open.
