max height/width missing from many streets in area, making roads routable to HGV

D115 crosses Rue de Beurre in a non standard, wierd way for a roundabout and creates issues for determining exit number in navigation apps.

A huge number of shops and such are missing from this town.

User reported that the city center is not accessible to HGV vehicles.

If the rule is real (unable to verify) please see streets like King William Walk, College Approach, Greenwich Church Street, Nelson Road, etc. and add relevant maxweight / hgv=no/delivery tags.
