Found an area 'Wuxi New Area' near this road named as 'Zhenze road' Both of these places are in 'Jiangsu' Province whereas 'Xinhua' road is in 'Hubei ' province which tells that this is Zhenze road only.

Can someone check if there is any no-U turn on the right lane?
