Does it make sense to have this object as well as landuse=industrial with the same name? Will this be not confusing in search functions?

Perhaps, there's a good case for keeping both. I realise this is an amenity=office so it's separate from landuse=industrial, but perhaps there's a better way to model it? Technically there's a lot of offices around the campus. If this node is to be a reception then there's also a better place to put it.
