Non credo siano rest_area nel senso di OSM highway=rest_area forse parcheggi, senz'altro da posizionare meglio (questo node/4374563193 dalle foto aeree si vede sopra un edificio, anche il nome sembra strano), puoi pensarci tu? magari con una nota (o da openstreetmap.org, che è senz'altro meglio)
