"Fountain in Plaza" is probably not the real name for this fountain. Can someone on the ground confirm?

Are there really freestanding public toilets out here on Railroad Avenue? Need to confirm.
There are stairs somewhere along this path, but there's also a runnel, making them suitable for bicycle travel. Needs survey to position the stairs correctly.

On Nextdoor.com someone reported that this trail has been closed as of 2017-09-29. It is on private Barkley Company property and they they decided to close it because of illegal dumping. Needs survey to confirm.
