Validated with a local Valhalla 3.8.3 A/B graph build changing only this member: a 273 m southbound journey changes from a 12.328 km detour to 0.273 km. Reverse direction is unchanged. Matrix routing is fixed too, with all normal restrictions enabled. Full corrected regional data restores Andorra la Vella to Barcelona via the southern exit.
