Confusion reins:
1. Denton County roads shapefile shows this road as Bethel School Road
2. TIGER 2014 and current OSM shows as West Bethel Road.
3. TIGER 2014 also shows a section as Gapevine Spring Road.

I see the county line boundary here as well which could be adding to the confusion.
