The Missing Moves project (NJ-42 North to I-295 South and vice versa) is expected to open later this year. It's not open right now, but it's nearing completion. I don't have an official date, but I suspect it will open as early as November and as late as January 2024. The rest of the construction (the I-295 Direct Connection project) is expected to be completely finished in 2027.
