According to the Town of Paradise Website, there is supposed to be a "Tot Lot" along this road. A "Tot Lot" is a small playground with swings or other play equipment for children.

According to the Town plan, this is a proposed route to be constructed connecting Lanark Drive to St. Thomas Line. Satellite imagery of the area indicates that, while preparatory work has been initiated in the area, there does not actually appear to be a road in this position. I will need to take a check at the area and determine if there is, in fact, a road in this location.

This body of water does not have a connection to running water sources and appears to be located on a tract of farmland. It is possible that it is man-made. An inspection is needed.

Looking at the satellite data, this does not appear to actually exist. I am hesitant to edit it out given that it is sourced from the CanVec data. My guess is that the shape is greatly exaggerated. A visit is necessary to ensure that the information displayed here is valid.

A significant portion of this area has been developed and expanded. Driving along Karwood Drive as well as looking down from Paradise Road, the area has undergone significant work toward preparing the area for Residential construction.The satellite data available from Bing is approximately a year old, so tracing the building footprints is not possible at this time.

Planning to walk around the area and acquire some pictures and a trace of roads to add to the OSM data.

According to the town palns, this area is slated for several new small residential roads. The satellite data has not yet caught up with the changes, so a trace of the local road is required (on foot).

Information on the Bing satellite map indicates that this is a new building constructed within the 3 years. A review of information contained in the yellow pages and general searches does not indicate the type and function of this building. Need a local individual to confirm what the building is (commercial, civic, residential). For the moment, the land use is tagged as generic commercial.
