I don't have much experience with parking garages, but it appears that it's uncommon (at least from what I saw in Chicago/Minneapolis/Milwaukee) to add parking aisles inside the building itself. I'm using this garage in Milwaukee as an example.

I updated the driveway entrances with a differing tag

If you are using the default, in-browser editor, iD, you should be able to click on the driveway segment. Any issues will be shown in the "edit feature" panel. There will then be suggestions on how to fix the issue.

As another side note, the entrance driveways for the parking garage should be connected to the internal parking aisle.

Could you elaborate what you added that was missing?

Related to the map note, it may appear that Cooke Park hasn't been a proper city park in several decades, and what was Cooke Park slowly transitioned to just being the National Railroad Museum. Didn't delete or rename park in this edit though.
