Chavée aux consires is an exception: it is the only one with concrete and emergency vehicle access, it has a F99a sign if I remember well. The other paths are really for pedestrian use (and perhaps small bicycles), they allow pedestrians to take shortcuts between two gardens (they are about 2.5 m wide).
I'll check all of them as some are in blue and others in red, there could be a difference (perhaps a road sign for the blue ones ?). I'll post again once I confirm all this.
