This pocket park is known as "The Office".

Abbey is between Silver Way and Holly Bay Ave, including just north of the Dog House, with one building between the Dog House and Track. Gramercy buildings are more square in shape surrounding Abbey.

The development accessible by Sandpiper Road and Romeo Street is called "Lombard". The development east of the kink in Diamond Way is called "Melrose". The development south and west of Raven Avenue and Dove Avenue and Rosebay Court is called "Avalon". The development on the north side of Diamond Way, between Rosebay Court and the kink in Diamond way, as well as along Skyline Street, is called "Ivy". The development bounded by Ivy St, Diamond Way, Dove Ave, and Raven Ave is called "Vine" or sometimes "Abbey at Vine".

Construction is finished here and buildings could be added. "The Gym" pocket park is slightly off target and too small. (It is at the bend in the road.)

Construction is finished here (between Horizon Parkway, Scarlett Drive, Dougherty Road, 5th street, and Chabot Canal) with the exception of the widening/extension of Scarlett Drive as of March 2026. Many buildings are ready to be added. There are some new street names including Ivy St, Strawberry Way, Peach Street, and Mango Street. A pocket park at the corner of Ivy St and Raven Ave is called "The Garden".
