Meaning the density of the lines?
No, these edges are obviously not cliffs, but ridges or arete.

When I saw this dense collection of cliffs I thought it seemed strange, but I haven't been here yet and don't know if these all count as cliffs or just rocks.
If they are cliffs, they are supposed to be at the top of the cliff pointing downward, not in the valley between two cliffs.
The arrows are definitely not consistent, either, pointing up along one part and then switching to pointing down at another.
After visiting, many of these lines are actual cliffs, and many are not. The formations can be rounded on top, so there is no obvious cliff edge, for instance, and many of these lines just correspond to shallow cracks or other features that are not cliffs.
First: I am a user from Germany and I never was here. At that time I fixed intersections of multipolygon members all over the planet, which are a problem. So I just left a note about my doubt and didn't correct the tagging nor the position of these edits.
But when I compare e.g. Bing Imagery and the edits made, I still see a lot of differences.
IMHO it would be a good idea to contact the initial editor https://www.openstreetmap.org/user/alecdhuse

Looks like alecdhuse hasn't been active in 6 years. Same editor who made the cliffs at https://www.openstreetmap.org/note/3436101 I sent a message to see this note.
