Unless there is a physical separation, sidewalks should not be mapped as separate ways as it breaks pedestrian routing. If there is only a kerb, it should be deleted
Strutton Ground is usually a market place. There is not a physical separation - unless you could the market stalls as such... which I can guess you can make a point for. In any case, it should connect to the lights at Victoria Street for sure, and also to the roundabout to the south. Probably better to just remove the sidewalk mapped as seperate way...
Is Strutton Ground (the road) really access=no, if so what to time_on and time_off refer to?
