I looked through all the tags on the wiki, but I can't really see anything good enough. I don't personally know of any other location that is already tagged, so I can't find any examples either. It's very much possible such tags don't exist (yet).
If I had to tag the activity, I would probably follow `attraction=bumper_car` method and use `attraction=bumper_boat` . Here is an example https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/9906555477 . But this might imply a more "aggressive" activity, so I don't know. Something more established like `attraction=boat_ride` seems too big for this.
The water I would map as a pond.
Yes, attraction=bumper_boat looks like the most accurate tag.
I don't think natural=pond is accurate for this element. This pool is not in the ground but on it. Like any other attractions in Lido, this pool can be dismantled and removed.
I similarly couldn't find anything for tagging an artificial "pool" that is not a swimming pool. Pond page does say that it can be artificial and there is no restriction on how and where it is made. The other alternative is basin, but that seems "too big" as well. It could also just be tagged as natural=water without clarifying what type of water it is.
Tagged it as natural=water and attraction=bumper_boat.
