This looks like a personal note. OSM notes are not for personal note taking, they are for suggesting improvements to the map.
Actually, looking at the other notes nearby, this seems to be a fairly terse note about the pylon type.
Leaving this open to be added to the map by someone more conversant with pylon tagging than me.
This is the inscription on the pylon/tower and is useful info!
In this case “AJ” is the reference of the power line, so the power=line way should be tagged `ref=AJ`. This will show up on [openinframap](https://www.openinframap.org).
“001” is the tower number along the line - I’d probably set the ref tag on the power=tower to `ref=AJ 001` as the line reference and tower number uniquely identifies the tower.
The “TYPE: PL16 DDT90 E30” is the specific design type of the tower, which is something that even I am not quite nerdy enough to care about but [some people definitely are](https://telcontar.net/Power/pylons/PL16). I’d probably put that in the design:ref tag, e.g. `design:ref=PL16 DDT90 E30`
