Looks like a meadow to me :)
It's assigned as allotment plots (see cadaster), but no strict delineation. I mapped "best guess" option, with the widest gap as the border.
Since OSM is more about ground truth, I wouldn't map allotments (or residential or anything) over land that is not developed. This may be part of the allotments locality (for the lack of a better term), but then it wouldn't be allotment landuse, it would be some sort of admin boundary like a village or something.
