The target address at the new destination is weird though, it won't be Ulmaņa Parks 2 but a weird house name.
That's normal for many places. "Ulmaņa parks 2" (lowercase "p") is just the name of the industrial/commercial area.
Yes, but that's what the user attempted to change in the address and that's what the company's website uses as the first address line. They don't even list the actual address. It's not at all unreasonable for a user to have expected this.
