What's "S apartments"?
Apartments to the South - https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/134361787.
I took some (low quality) pictures here and changed some ways, but I'm unsure about the classification, some seem like they are being used by cars, but aren't connected to the street.

When you said "low quality" I expected blurry potato quality, but these are perfectly good :)
I did bike through here a couple times for Mapillary afterwards https://www.mapillary.com/app/user/hellphoto?pKey=1048421152808409&focus=photo . But this was all during construction and cars and people were using ways in random ways.
I think this segment https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/1232875222 is what confused me most - I assumed it was a footway, but it appears it's actually used by cars. (it was recently adjusted by someone else too.) So that explains how cars get to the building 44.
I still wanted to bike along these footways https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/1192946744 , because I'm not 100% sure about their alignment.
And this footway doesn't seem to have the pedestrian-only sign anymore according to your photo https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/784452607 https://www.mapillary.com/app/user/hellphoto?lat=56.952161&lng=24.0635995&z=17&pKey=985001316052028&focus=photo
Surveyed some more, mapped stuff. I think this is good enough.
