This word in Russian is a "chicken factory". Possibly the name of the shop.
Incorrect Russian spelling of Кожзавод, leather factory, which AFAIK existed near 18. Novembra and Valkas street crossing. Now the area around that crossing is called like this locally
Note that the area under this marker is not Кожзавод anymore, locals refer like this to the area only on the hill to NE from here (see crossing)
