Thanks for providing this info, updated the bicycle parking accordingly.
Would you be able to also clarify what type of bicycle parking this is, or which the governing type is with respect to supporting a bicycle in upright position?
From the pictures, it looks like a mixture of "wall_loops" and "stands" (see https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:bicycle_parking). However, the wall loop thingies seem to be so tightly spaced that it seems the purpose of the stands in between is not to support the bicycle, but more to allow for more convenient securing of the bike.

The bicycle parking is wall loops, apart from at the building doors and walls where there are stands.
