yes, many buildings are missing in London. Hopefully the London buildings & addresses tasking manager can fix that...

Bing is showing substantially different buildings in that immediate area to those from NLS. Assuming somebody has a particular interest in those buildings, I've added some of those in the immediate vicinity. But somebody in the area would need to survey house numbers and associated streets to add any more.
I have for the moment left in Ronnie Lane, but I suspect at least some of it has gone. Could somebody check this.
you are right. The NLS imagery is from 1940s to 1960s. East London was more severly affected by the WW2 bombing campaign, so the construction that took place afterwards probably means that NLS imagery is not as good in East London as it is in West London or other areas. However, the NLS imagery seems to show buildings and housenumbers west of Dersingham Avenue accurately
Also, you didn't split these houses. Use the terracer plugin to this, and look for gardens in the backyard. Where you see a fence is where one house ends and another starts.
Once you have split them, you can add building=house tags and addr:street tags (if you are sure of the street).
I have written a guide on how to draw buildings (and split them, add tags, etc..) here:

these buildings look good from a quick glance. is there anything that needs doing?
All looks good.
