Hi Taylor,
from https://www.streetmap.co.uk/map.srf?X=516161&Y=179063&A=Y&Z=106 it looks like the stub from Southdown Av eastward has a name, but I can't figure out from "FAI." what that could mean (RD clearly is Road, right?). Do you know where to check what the long name could be? Apart from that, the way needs to be split for the part from Boston Road westwards to be a footway (because of the bollard, no vehicle access possible).
