I tried the integrated planner osmr, graphopher and this one https://brouter.de/brouter-web/#map=17/50.84581/4.35135/standard&lonlats=4.35307,50.844643;4.348519,50.846053 for me it working? Someone needs testing on osmand.
Bike routing on osmand is indeed showing this strange routing.
I see in the database "Rue des Teinturiers - Verversstraat" under construction see detail https://www.openstreetmap.org/query?lat=50.84660&lon=4.34819#map=19/50.84656/4.34906&layers=N
That is just after/begins @ the intersection.
On 'driving_style=shortest', OsmAnd works as expected. On 'prefer byways', it uses the longer route as shown earlier.
I think OsmAnd doesn't like roads with parallell parking
Anyway, I don't think there is a data issue here.
