Checked National Hydrography Dataset and there's no name for the waterway from Henderson Lake to its confluence with Calamity Brook.

However, the map does show that the Hudson River begins at the confluence, not at Henderson Lake and it widens substantially south of the confluence.
Currently, the map shows the Hudson River to be the same width right up to the lake. This is incorrect I will attempt to fix it.
Note considered resolved.
