Description
I would suggest mapping these disused/technical access ramps (like https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/25465356/history) as highway=service rather than motorway_link. motorway_link might be technically correct, but certainly these aren't ramps or exits that can be taken at anything near highway speeds, it's barely pavement. Admittedly part of my motivation is how prominent they're rendered on standard layer on osm.org.
While I'm looking at this, why is https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/23973358 mapped as one-way away from the main road, and https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/25465356 towards the main road? Is that signed in any way? If anything, I would suggest it should be the other way around...
