Maybe it's valid, but there are duplicate Primarks here. See https://map.atownsend.org.uk/maps/map/map.html#zoom=23&lat=52.6366538&lon=-1.1306313 for a zoomed in example. Also there are 3 H&Ms to the southwest. I suspect that this is due to adding the "shop" tag to "rooms" that make up part of a larger shop.
I can confirm there is only one of each: sort of surveyed this in Jan (but not details of all the shops within the Haymarket Centre
I've not done much 3d mapping, but should the Primark POI be split into a node with level=0;1?
