Hi,
please pay attention to maxspeed on your changes.
Eg way 190107834: There you have reduced from 100 to 50, which does not correspond to the reality. The 50 km / h start only from the place name Hamburg. Before that, 100 applies, which applies outside of closed towns. On motorways there is generally no limit on speed, as soon as the cancellation sign comes, 100 applies unless otherwise stated.
The following excerpt shows it well: https://www.mapillary.com/map/im/E-nb_PkF2B12T4BWLQasaA
First, the way of the highway is completed, then 100 and a few meters further on is the town sign and from there generally 50 km / h. -

Sorry but that's wrong.
The Autobahn exit is to reduce speed so that you are able to take the curve and stop at the x-ing. There is a recommendation (ADAC) to reduce speed to 50~60km/h on AB exits.https://www.fahrschule-lambertz.de/upload/pdf/Autobahn_-_Richtig_Ausfahren.pdf
BTW I would like to see you driving 100 in the curve and next how you'll stop when there is a traffic jam.
In dry condition with summer tires my STW is on limit with 80.

But you already know that with maxspeed = *, the maximum speed is recorded?
How fast someone drives there, we can not and will not capture, because all values are very subjective.
