You have no idea what the boundaries should look like. So why are you changing them? Now they are completely incorrect.
Recently there was an official change of borders:

In this CS I tried to change the boundary outlines to become closed loops again with reverting deleted boundary segments.
Some minutes ago, I have reverted my changes of this CS, which results again in open loop boundary rings. -

To be sure, I'll check it out at the weekend when I'll have some more free time :)Now, only references to the old "gmina" need to be fixed (I think only this: is_in:municipality=gmina Ostrowice)

I changed the is_in:municipality=gmina Ostrowice with 2 CS: #66121102 for places now belonging to gmina Drawsko Pomorskie; and CS #66121366 now belonging to gmina Złocieniec
