Hello IMPARGO. With this and other changesets you have introduced the new and so far unkown key `toll:special`. What is it for?
And according to `source` you have used some data of ASFINAG. Can you give us some information about the licence?

sorry for the confusion I am pretty new to the OSM community. I am trying to build a toll calculator for trucks. In Germany, Switzerland and Austria the regular toll roads are already tagged like described in the wiki (http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/DE:Key:toll). However, there are some special exceptions which have special rates. I tagged the exceptions with toll:special:NAME where NAME is the name of the toll route.
Note that the section for which the special toll is charged often a bit longer the the road with only the tag name:NAME. Thus sometimes adding the name also under the tag toll:special:NAME seems redundant but can be necessary to find out which parts of the road actually belong to the special toll exception.
Do you think this makes sense, should I add some documentation on the tag to the wiki or change it?

Hello Julian,
first of all i think you should revert all your changes, probably the DWG does it. Yes it sounds hard but it's a community driven project.
Then you should read

e.g. instead of tagging each way with toll:special you also could create a relation, but if this is the better way i don't know, so this should be discussed with the community.

thanks for your help. I wrote a short post in the discussion board. Depending on the discussion I'll then probably revert the changes and look for another/more suitable way.
