Hi, you seem to have removed a lot of valid data by HelioFelix. The tags were "ele=*" and "natural=peak", which are both valid. I don't know what you're seeing.

I will be reverting the 15 of your changesets, where you (for some reason I don't know) removed elevation data from peaks and troughs, at some point

yup, they maybe valid data, but as you see, the whole map was surrounded tag showing how height they are, i told you this is unnecessary to show it on the all trails inch by inch

sorry guy my english is not well, all my words is no offend, i believe we are welcome to via osm information to know where the hill location and name, but must not a hundred peak symbol on one trail. if you dont have the better way or the system have no way to handle elevation, pls do not create them.

Yeah, it does look a bit weird… they are all technically peaks, though. I guess you could prevent them from rendering by just deleting natural=peak (without removing the data)?

if there have measuring cylinder, i do agree with you, but somehow the peak is now showing on top of the carpark, building, bridge, trail, road etc..
Im thank you all of you to provide them to us, they are valuable , but strongly recommend you to give it a name such as TV-11? that make more sense and easy to read, easy to read is more important as you see, this map is not a technical map, not this layer.

I've asked the wider community for clarification: https://help.openstreetmap.org/questions/52388/lots-of-peaks-close-together
