why you ignore:
http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/w/index.php?title=Key:wikipedia
cite: "In almost all cases, a single wikipedia tag as described above is sufficient."wikidata.org was build to translate/link between different wikipedia language titles.
At least one linke should follow the international rule, I think. -

I agree, but versions in Russian and Kazakh language have slightly different information. Therefore, I suggest to leave 3 options en,kk and ru. See wiwipedia: In another example the structure of subjects in articles cannot be matched 1:1 with interlanguage links (or maybe there are several articles for the same object). In these circumstances use the format wikipedia:lang=page title for the secondary languages.

Of course the content of these languages could be different, but this is not the point.
The connection between the languages is done by wikidata project.
For example: en:Berlin belongs to de:Berlin and fr:Berlin etc.
The content for articles (e.g in nation conflicts) could be the opposite, but wikidata will show all articles for same object in all languages. That was the master idea behind wikidata and its first project target. So anything that can be calculated from the data has not real need to be strored. -

Do I understand correctly that you suggest to leave one link on wikipedia: wikipedia=en:Almaty?
