so bad tags should definition should be discussed. -

Yes but you mixed highway=bus_stop (which is already there for the node beside the road) and public_transport=stop_position (which is for the node attached to the road).
What you did is not what the guideline says. Look again, in PTv2 highway=bus_stop goes along with public_transport=platform, for the floating node. That explains the removal of highway=bus_stop from all those nodes. -

ok, you are right for the highway=busstop.
The road is easy to check with disconnected line in JOSM.
Whithout name, it's complicated to check that it's unordered. .
But you removed the stop position name too.
I re read the guideline, they use the for both stop position and plateform
